Gahunda is a platform aimed at improving public service delivery. It’s mobile and web tools provide information on what services are available, where, when and how to access them, ensuring quick and timely delivery of quality services.
The Gahunda platform allows you to;
Access information on public services available
Schedule appointments with service providers through mobile and web
Carry out mobile and web surveys by the service provider to get public opinion on service delivery
Generate reports to view the performance of service providers from information collected via mobile and web by service providers
Rate quality of services provided
Receive timely updates of information from service providers subscribed to by users
The Gahunda application is available for both smart phones and basic SMS enabled mobile phones and will be launched in September 2011.
